Caramel Apple Snickerdoodle Mini-Pie

10% of the sales from each of our World Vegan Month gelato mini-pies is going towards the Portland Animal Welfare Team because animal companions are a consistent bright light of joy and warmth, and being unable to provide them the care they need due to economic insecurity is a cruelty neither the animal nor pet caretaker should have to face.

appley vanilla gelato mixed with apple butter and layered with caramel in a snickerdoodle cookie crust, topped with buttercream frosting and a little extra caramel for good measure!

to enjoy, remove your gelato mini-pie from the tin* and either cut into bite-size portions or have it in hand for a convenient, potentially messy treat!
*remove the lid and push up on the bottom of the tin
